It was nicely packaged when I took it out the pack I was beaming from ear to hair because the hair was lovely.the wig fit snug on my head.the length was true, mind you, the hair on the cap was thick and not scanty.I guess when it is washed and fluffed out I'll see.
I love the wig as a whole the adjustable strap was great for my small head and styling was a breeze. I did trim more of the lace off and there was some shedding during styling but no too much it still is full of body! It is not a right out of the box wig , you do have to detail it but for the price it is definitely a great purchase!!
