Item not received:

Delivery on the way:

1.Parcel seized by customs: It is buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .

2.Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local DHL to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us untill the parcel is delivered successfully.

Unsuccessful delivery

1.If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused

2.If the parcel is sent to a wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you or offer you a refund. Item not as described: You are encouraged to open the parcel to check the item once it is delivered to your house. You should contact us within 15 days if you are not satisfied with the item.

1.Yeah, we will add notes to your order before package being returned, so please do not return the parcel before contacting us. Do pay attention you are supposed to pay the shipping fee which will be deducted from your payment.

Can I return or exchange an open used set?

No. Human hair bundles or wigs are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure the security seals haven't been tampered with. If we find the seals have been tampered with, you will not receive a refund or your opened item back. If you have any questions or concerns, please email our team


How soon will I receive my refund?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. Please allow 1-3 business days from receiving your order for the refund to be issued.
